across from Memorial Field (old skating rink) 
in Fremont, Nebraska.

When you first enter our facility you will notice it's not what
you might expect. Our Personal Training room is PRIVATE (one-on-one) without distractions like your typical exercise
facilities, which allows you to focus on you and your
workout for maximum benefits!
