Vertical Fitness
This alternative fitness program is fun, yet one that will deliver results with strength training, cardio, and Pole-latties a complete body workout. It will build strength, flexibility, and confidence. It will tone your arms, shoulders, abs, butt, and legs while improving muscle tone by working off the pole. All size and fitness levels are welcome all you need is yoga pants, shorts, comfortable clothes and the willingness to watch yourself evolve into the new you, to embrace and empower yourself!!!
Pole Diva Class
This beginner class is for those that are interested in a fun,
empowering, and progressive program! Pole Diva class will help
build strength, flexibility, self-confidence, improve muscle tone and
posture. You will learn pole poses, basic spins, climbs, and proper technique. All size and fitness levels are welcome, all you need is shorts, yoga pants, and high heels are optional. Embrace your femininity and have a "pole" lot of fun!!! Learn how to express your exotic side in a Safe, FUN, tasteful, effective, and encouraging environment!

In this beginners class the instructor encourages each participant to do their personal best with focused positive energy, to dance with your heart, mind, and soul. This beautiful and feminine skill is accessible to ALL women irrespective of shape, size, or age. The dance often focuses upon isolating different parts of the body, moving them independently in sensuous patters; while other moves are energetic and snappy.
